Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) hereby discloses information regarding the Board of Directors’ Resolution approving the plan for using assets of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (the Parent Company) as capital contribution to GBCons Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of CC47) in accordance with the policy approved by the Board of Directors.
The Resolution was approved by the Board of Directors on June 15, 2026. Detailed information on the capital contribution plan is set out in the Appendix attached to the Resolution.

The Resolution assigns the General Director and Legal Representative of the Company to organize and implement the approved plan in accordance with the Resolution, the Company Charter, and applicable laws and regulations.
