Construction Joint Stock Company 47, as the EPC Contractor of Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project in Xiengkhouang Province, Lao PDR, announces the Invitation to Bids (ITB) for Package NN1_CD-GT01: Engineering, Manufacture, Supply, Transport and Technical Services of Generator Step Up Transformers (GSUT) – Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project, Lao PDR, with the key information as follows:

2. Brief information of the project:

• • Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Plant with installed capacity of 124MW is built on Nam Neun River, at Phienghong Village, Nonghet District, Xiengkhouang Province, Lao PDR, the powerhouse includes 02 Francis Turbine units.

3. Package name and identification:

• • Package: Design, Manufacture, Supply, Transport and Technical Services of Generator Step Up Transformers (GSUT).

4. Main scope of work:

• • Engineering, design, manufacture, synchronized supply and transport transformers to the designated location as required in the Bidding Documents; provide cargo insurance; provide technical services; and fulfill equipment warranty obligations in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents and the Contract.
  • Main scope of supply including:
    • 02 Generator Step-Up Transformers (GSUT), with voltage ratio of 13.8/230kV and rated capacity of 80MVA per unit, including all associated accessories, auxiliary equipment, and technical documentation as required.
    • All related works and services in accordance with the attached Bidding Documents.

    • A bid/quotation submission letter, signed by the bidder’s legal representative and stamped in accordance with the bidder’s internal regulations; the bid must remain valid for at least 180 days from the date of bid opening.
    • Technical proposal, including equipment descriptions, a compliance table against technical requirements, and a detailed scope of supply.
    • Commercial proposal, specifying the bid price, payment terms, implementation schedule, and delivery timeline.
    • Bidder’s capability profile; a copy of the Business Registration Certificate or equivalent legal documentation.
    • Documentation verifying the equipment origin and the manufacturer’s capabilities; dealer or distributor certificates, or an authorization letter from the manufacturer (if applicable).
    • Any other documents as required by the Bidding Documents.

8. Deadline and Location for Submission of Bids
