Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (the Employer) has issued Invitation for Quotation No. 683/2026/CC47-BĐT dated April 22, 2026 regarding the provision of customs clearance services for import/export procedures into the Lao PDR at Nam Kan border gate to serve the construction of the Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project, Lao PDR, with a quotation submission deadline of 14:30, April 28, 2026.
Currently, the Employer has received written requests from several bidders to extend the bid submission deadline due to the invitation period coinciding with the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day (10th day of the 3rd lunar month) and the Reunification Day (April 30) – International Workers’ Day (May 1) holidays. In addition, bidders require additional time to carefully review the bidding documents and prepare optimal proposals for submission.
To ensure sufficient time for participating bidders in the above-mentioned package, we hereby extend the bid submission deadline as follows:
- Previous submission deadline: until 14:30, April 28, 2026.
- New submission deadline: until 14:30, May 04, 2026.
