Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) discloses information on the Resolution of the Board of Directors regarding the approval of the policy to sign an Investment Cooperation – Development Cooperation agreement for hydropower projects in the Lao PDR between CC47 and Phanthamit Group Co., Ltd., Lao PDR (PMG), and to study the establishment of a CC47 project-development subsidiary.

- CC47 discloses Resolution No. 57/2026/NQ-HĐQT dated August 28, 2026 of the Board of Directors approving the policy to sign an Investment Cooperation – Development Cooperation agreement for hydropower projects in the Lao PDR between CC47 and Phanthamit Group Co., Ltd. (PMG), and to study the establishment of a CC47 project-development subsidiary.
- Prospective signing partner: Phanthamit Group Co., Ltd. (PMG) – an enterprise established under the laws of the Lao PDR (Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 0485 dated August 20, 2021); headquartered in Phonphanao Village, Xaysettha District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR; legal representative: Mr. Inpeng Outhoumphone – Chairman of the Company.
- Purpose: to cooperate in investing in and developing hydropower projects in the Lao PDR in line with CC47’s strategic production and business plan.
Main content of the Resolution
- Approving the policy to sign an Investment Cooperation – Development Cooperation agreement for hydropower projects in the Lao PDR with the partner Phanthamit Group Co., Ltd. (PMG).
- Projects expected to be covered by the investment cooperation agreement: the Xelanong 4 and Xelanong 5 hydropower projects in Salavan Province; and the Nam Sam 4 hydropower project in Huaphanh Province, Lao PDR.
- Studying the establishment of a project-development subsidiary: the General Director shall submit to the Board of Directors for approval a specific plan for establishing the project-development subsidiary (after the investment cooperation agreement with PMG has been officially signed).
- Assigning the General Director to organize implementation in accordance with the policy approved under Article 1.
- The Resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
