Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (C47) discloses information that on October 6, 2026, the Company received Official Letter No. 9409/UBCK-QLCB dated September 23, 2026 of the State Securities Commission on the suspension of the review of C47’s registration dossier for the public offering of additional shares, at the Company’s own request.
Person making the disclosure: Mr. Trinh Quoc Tho – Person in charge of corporate governance under Authorization No. 1158/2020/UQ-CC47 dated September 5, 2020 of the Company’s General Director.
Content of the information disclosure
- On October 6, 2026, C47 received Official Letter No. 9409/UBCK-QLCB dated September 23, 2026 of the State Securities Commission (SSC).
- Accordingly, the SSC suspends the review of the registration dossier for the public offering of additional shares under the Company’s Offering Registration Certificate No. 994/2026/GĐK-CC47 dated June 18, 2026, pursuant to Clause 8, Article 6 of the Government’s Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, and at the Company’s request in Official Letter No. 1550/2026/CC47-TGĐ dated September 18, 2026.
- The suspension of the review stems from C47’s request in Official Letter No. 1550/2026/CC47-TGĐ dated September 18, 2026 and Resolution No. 61/2026/NQ-HĐQT dated September 18, 2026 – whereby C47 suspended the implementation in order to adjust the offering plan to suit its actual situation and needs; it will continue implementing the offering plan at an appropriate time and in compliance with the provisions of law.
