C47 Announces Information on the Maximum Foreign Ownership Ratio at the Company

• C47 has received Official Letter No. 3858/UBCK-PTTT dated May 11, 2026 issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam regarding the Company’s notification dossier for the maximum foreign ownership ratio.
• According to the contents of the Official Letter, the maximum foreign ownership ratio of C47 is 49%.
• This information was published on the Company’s website on May 12, 2026 under the Shareholder Relations section.

According to the attached Official Letter, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam received Notification Dossier No. 701/2026/TB-TGĐ dated April 25, 2026 submitted by Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) regarding the change in the maximum foreign ownership ratio to 49%.

• Organizations and individuals participating in the dossier preparation process shall be legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the dossier, and shall also be responsible for the results of the review of the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the Company in accordance with the law.
• The Company shall fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with current legal regulations on information disclosure in the securities market and regulations governing foreign ownership ratios in the Vietnamese securities market.
• The Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation shall update and adjust the system regarding the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the Company in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
