May 12, 2019, at Hai Au Hotel, No. 489 An Duong Vuong street, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (C47) has organized the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Attendees at the meeting were 46 representatives who owned and were authorized to represent 13,421,289 shares with voting rights equivalent to 78.86% of the total voting shares.
The Meeting heard the Reports presented by the Board of Directors; The Report on the business activities and results in 2018 addressed by the Management Board; The Report from the Internal Audit Committee; The Statements spread by the BOD to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Meeting discussed, voted for and passed the Meeting conclusion with the following main contents:
– Agreed with the BOD’s report;
– Agreed with the report on the business activities and results in 2018 of the Management Board;
– Agreed with the 2018 audited consolidated financial statement and separate financial statement;
– Agreed with the profits distribution plan from the business results in 2018 and dividends payment plan in 2019.
– Agreed with the 2019 business and production plan, with below targets:
+ Net revenue: VND 973.7 billion;
+ Profits after tax: VND 35 billion;
– Agreed with the elimination of 03 business sectors including: Trading in cigarettes and pipe tobacco products (sector code 4634); Booking services and support services related to tourism promotion and organization (sector code 7990); Advertisements (sector code 7310) in order to increase the foreign ownership limit in the company up to 49%.
