On the morning of September 9, 2026, at the Company’s Head Office (No. 8 Bien Cuong, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province), Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) held an in-depth internal training session on interviewing and recruitment for officers and staff of the functional departments. This activity is part of the series of solutions to improve the quality of human resources that the Company is implementing, with the participation and companionship of members of the Board of Management – affirming the leadership’s close attention to recruitment work.
An overview of the training session
The mark of the expert leading the training
The training session was directly designed and delivered by expert Pham Thi Bich Hong, who personally compiled the materials and provided the guidance. With rich practical experience, the expert delivered a methodical, tailor-made training programme, closely aligned with the operational characteristics and culture of CC47 – from the process and steps for organizing an interview, to specific sets of interview questions for each position and title to be recruited.
Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hong – the expert leading the training class
A notable highlight of the materials developed by the expert is the technique of asking probing questions to assess candidates, closely tied to CC47’s 05 core values: Courage – Responsibility – Integrity – Innovation – Solidarity. This is not only a recruitment tool, but also a way for the Company to “screen”, right from the interview round, candidates who fit the culture and values that CC47 pursues. In addition, the expert also gave detailed guidance on scoring and evaluating the group of situational and behavioral questions, making the synthesis of interview results objective, consistent and clearly grounded.
Learning goes hand in hand with practice
Not stopping at theory, expert Pham Thi Bich Hong devoted considerable time to sharing real-life situations commonly encountered in interviewing and recruitment, while directly guiding trainees through hands-on practice. The participating officers and staff had the opportunity to exchange views and express their personal perspectives and understanding of recruitment work – thereby not only mastering the skills but also better understanding their own role and responsibility in seeking and selecting personnel for the Company.
A commitment to putting it into practice
At the end of the programme, all trainees had firmly grasped the prescribed contents and jointly committed to continuing to study the materials compiled by the expert in order to apply them effectively to actual recruitment work at CC47 in the coming period.
The training session is clear evidence of CC47’s orientation toward methodical, professional human resource development, while contributing to spreading the Company’s 05 core values even more widely, right from the input recruitment stage.
