Concluding the 2025 financial year with impressive results, CC47 recorded strong business performance with revenue of VND 1,666.8 billion (equivalent to 111.2% of the 2025 plan) and profit after tax of VND 52.25 billion (equivalent to 130.6% of the 2025 plan).
Building on a solid governance foundation and strong EPC execution capabilities, CC47 has set a growth target of VND 1,800 billion in revenue and VND 60 billion in profit after tax, representing increases of 8% in revenue and 15% in profit compared to the previous year. This reaffirms the Company’s roadmap to optimize profit margins and enhance shareholder value.
The 2026 plan reflects a consistent management orientation: growth aligned with profit quality, improved operational efficiency, and continued strengthening of the financial foundation. Within its long-term strategic roadmap, CC47 plans to expand revenue through equity investments in hydropower projects, while gradually extending into wind and solar power through additional share issuance to existing and strategic shareholders.
Looking back at 2025, the Company not only demonstrated a clear recovery—with revenue rising significantly from VND 901 billion in 2024 and profit after tax improving markedly from a low base of approximately VND 3.5 billion—but also achieved positive results in restructuring operating costs. The cost-to-revenue ratio improved from 91% to 88%, creating a solid foundation for further enhancement of net profit margins and more efficient capital utilization in the coming year.
In parallel with its traditional core segments of hydropower and irrigation construction, CC47 is progressively realizing its strategic expansion into the energy sector, with a particular focus on the Lao market. This direction is well-grounded both in execution capability and market potential, as the Company has already established a solid track record in Laos through two key projects: acting as EPC General Contractor for the Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project (capacity of 124 MW, contract value of USD 185 million – equivalent to over VND 4,500 billion) and the Nam Phak Project in the Bolaven Plateau (total value of VND 768 billion, completed on schedule). The total implementation value in Laos has exceeded VND 5,000 billion, reflecting substantial and practical involvement beyond preliminary stages.
Based on this proven execution platform, CC47 is advancing a key strategic direction: establishing C47 Energy and C47 Laos to participate more deeply in the energy value chain—from project development and equity investment to operation. This orientation not only expands growth opportunities but also aligns with global trends in green growth, ESG standards, and Net Zero objectives. In the long term, the Company will continue expanding into wind and solar power, supported by capital mobilization through additional share issuance to existing and strategic shareholders.
The policy landscape is creating favorable conditions for CC47’s cross-border energy strategy
The National Power Development Plan for 2021–2030 (with a vision to 2050) has opened up opportunities for cross-border power projects, particularly in the Laos–Vietnam corridor. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued a pricing framework for electricity imports from Laos to Vietnam, effective from December 31, 2025, establishing a clear legal framework and transparent pricing mechanism for investors.
In particular, the period leading up to 2030 is considered a “window of opportunity” in terms of pricing, as projects commissioned during this timeframe are likely to benefit from preferential and stable electricity tariffs over the long term. This is a critical factor in ensuring investment efficiency and generating sustainable cash flows, while also creating advantages for early project developers, including CC47.
In addition to construction and energy, CC47 continues to maintain and develop its travel and hospitality segment—Hai Au Hotel—as a stable source of revenue. Following the Government’s approval to extend the land lease term until 2051, this segment targets revenue of approximately VND 145 billion in 2026, while expanding travel services in key markets such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
On that foundation, the targets of VND 1,800 billion in revenue and VND 60 billion in profit after tax in 2026 are not merely about scale. This marks a phase in which CC47 simultaneously undertakes two missions: maintaining stability and enhancing the quality of its core construction segment, while gradually building an energy portfolio capable of generating long-term cash flows. As these two pillars operate in parallel, the Company will be well-positioned to improve asset quality, expand its growth space, and create more sustainable value for shareholders in the years ahead.
