Recently, on May 31, 2025, Faculty of Hydraulic Construction, University of Science and Technology – University of Danang organized the Workshop “Job and recruitment trends in the construction sector”, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) was honored to participate and share the Company’s job orientation and recruitment needs in 2025 and the following years.
Attending the Workshop, on behalf of the University of Science and Technology – University of Danang, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Ngoc Duong, Head of the Faculty of Hydraulic Construction, leaders of the Faculties in the Construction sector, Centers, functional units and more than 100 students from the following majors: Construction Informatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Engineering and Management of Smart Urban Construction and other majors in the construction sector of the University of Science and Technology. On the business side, attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Head of Organization – Administrative Department representing Construction Joint Stock Company 47; Mr. Le Long representing Hanabi Joint Stock Company; Mr. Susumu Ogawa representing Sankyu Inc. (Japan); Danang Information Technology and Telecommunications Center; iNC BIM Vietnam Engineering Technology Joint Stock Company. In addition, the Workshop was also attended by Mr. Terado Hirotsugu representing the Consulate General of Japan in Danang.
At the workshop, C47 representative, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, shared frankly and openly about the recruitment needs as well as the human resource development orientation of the Company. “At present time, the construction sector, especially the irrigation and hydropower sectors, are in great need of generation of young engineers with modern thinking, able to withstand work pressure, and ready to work at the construction site. C47 always welcomes students who are passionate about their profession, eager to learn and want to join with the Company for long time”. In the coming time, C47 will continue to implement many large-scale projects at home and abroad, requiring a team of personnel who are not only good at their profession but also flexible and quick to adapt to actual construction conditions. Therefore, the Company is particularly interested in recruiting and training freshly graduated engineers, through direct recruitment programs from prestigious technical universities, including the University of Science and Technology – University of Danang.
With 50 years of experience in the irrigation and hydropower construction, C47 always focuses on recruiting and training a team of young, dynamic and creative engineers. Participating in this Workshop, C47 not only shares career opportunities but also wishes to strengthen cooperation with the universities in training, career orientation and developing high-quality human resources for the Vietnamese construction industry, while looking for potential candidates to accompany the Company in major projects that C47 is undertaking in Vietnam and Laos as well as major projects in the future.
