The cooperation agreement between Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) and Mien Trung University of Civil Engineering (MUCE) in the areas of recruitment, training, career development orientation, job exploitation, internship opportunities, and labor recruitment is a fitting idea that brings practical benefits to both parties.
Recently, on December 28, 2024, at Mien Trung University of Civil Engineering, C47 and MUCE held a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement, marking an important milestone in the close coordination between the enterprise and the university, aiming to enhance the quality of education, support career orientation, internships, and job placement for students after graduation.
After several meetings, C47 and MUCE agreed to the following cooperation contents: Agreement on the policy of opening training courses in some majors that meet the needs of C47 in Da Nang city and Phu Yen province; C47 will sponsor scholarships for MUCE students at appropriate times/programs; C47 will assign advisors, experts, and leaders to support the development of MUCE’s curriculum and training programs; MUCE and C47 will develop plans for C47 leaders and experts to directly participate in teaching some modules, extracurricular programs, skill training, and experience sharing; Priority recruitment of MUCE graduates to work at C47 when needed; Providing opportunities for MUCE students to intern at C47; Promoting C47’s image through MUCE’s media channels in related events.
The cooperation between C47 and MUCE not only brings benefits and maximizes the capabilities and strengths of each party but also creates favorable conditions for students—the future workforce. Students will have access to a practical working environment, enhance their skills, and have opportunities to participate in C47’s large projects.
C47 is an enterprise with nearly half a century of tradition in the construction field, especially with outstanding capabilities in the construction of irrigation and hydropower projects.
