In harmony with the joyful atmosphere celebrating the 95th Anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2025) and the 50th Anniversary of the Company’s establishment, with the support of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Trade Union of Construction Joint Stock Company 47, together with the Women’s Committee, organized a series of meaningful activities to honor the proud tradition of Vietnamese women, spread the spirit of “Excellence at Work – Dedication at Home,” and affirm the core values of the female employees of the Company, who continue to embody C47’s collective values in the new era: “Courage – Responsibility – Integrity – Innovation – Unity.”
This special occasion was a heartfelt tribute to C47’s women – resilient, graceful, and full of passion – who have made significant contributions to the company’s journey toward sustainable growth and international integration.
Kicking off the series of activities celebrating October 20 was a vibrant and exciting Pickleball exchange, filled with laughter, cheers, and impressive plays that created an atmosphere of joy, connection, and energy. Every shot and every movement on the court reflected the image of C47’s women – radiant, dynamic, strong, confident, and full of courage and responsibility. These meaningful activities not only promoted health and fitness, strengthened team spirit, but also inspired pride, professional passion, and dedication to the organization. Altogether, they painted a vivid picture celebrating the well-rounded beauty of C47’s women in the modern era – strong, compassionate, and always shining on their journey with the Company toward global reach.

The 20/10 Commemorative Talk Show held at Hai Au Hotel, 489 An Duong Vuong Street served as an inspiring highlight, showcasing the modern and resilient image of C47’s women. In the warm atmosphere, the Board of Directors, Trade Union Executive Committee, department leaders, and all female employees reflected together on the silent yet meaningful contributions of C47’s women to the company’s development. Each C47 woman stands as a symbol of innovation, creativity, and strength – true “ambassadors” of compassion and inclusiveness who continue to spread the image of confidence, kindness, and aspiration of Vietnamese women in general and C47 women in particular on their new journey.
In his remarks at the talk show, Mr. Duong Minh Quang – General Director of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 extended his heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to all female employees for their vital role in upholding the company’s core values, fostering innovation, and building sustainable growth. The event was filled with radiant smiles, colorful bouquets, and warm gestures of appreciation – creating memorable, meaningful moments of camaraderie, sharing, and pride in the name of C47 Women, united in building and developing their shared home.
