Binh Dinh Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Project Management Board and Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) and members of the contractor consortium signed and awarded contract No. 01-XL: Construction and installation of equipment for the entire work – Phu Phong Dam Project, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh province on September 15, 2021.
This is one of the major projects that the state budget continues to fund in Binh Dinh province. The above-mentioned construction contract is worth more than 600 billion VND, and CC47 will construct all major components of the package. The package is expected to take 28 months to complete.

Phu Phong Weir Project, located in Tay Son district, Binh Dinh province, has a total investment of more than 750 billion VND. The project’s mission is to ensure the demand for water sources to serve the needs of daily life, agricultural production, industry, aquaculture, improve the ecological environment in the area, create motivation for the development of service tourism, combining traffic in the sub-project area. At the same time, the project also assumes the task of air conditioning, creating a source of groundwater for the area, contributing to embellishing and increasing the value of the historical sites in the region, implementing the national target program on building new rural areas, contributing to local economic development in a sustainable direction.
CC47’s business results in recent years have been quite impressive, with winning bids for many large projects. In 2020, CC47’s revenue increased by 38% to 1,233 billion VND; profit after tax increased by more than 5 times to 18.3 billion dong, more than five times the previous year. CC47 continued to grow positively in the first half of 2021, with revenue of VND 572 billion, up 4%, and profit after tax of VND 17 billion, 2.3 times higher than the same period last year.
CC47 targets VND 1,100 billion in revenue and VND 31 billion in profit after tax in 2021. With its performance in the first half of the year, the company has achieved 52% of its revenue target and 55% of its profit target.
CC47 stock is currently trading around VND 12,000/share on the stock exchange, up 34% from the start of the year. CC47 closed the list of shareholders paying dividends and bonus shares at a total rate of 15% at the beginning of September.
