On the morning of 08/02/2026, at Hamlet 4 An Trung, An Vinh Commune, Gia Lai Province, Hoai Nhon Tay Ward Police in coordination with Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) organized a twinning program with the local people in an atmosphere of solidarity, warmth and close community bonds.
Overview of the twinning program
The program was solemnly organized with key contents including: reception of delegates, welcome performances, speeches from participating units, the signing of the twinning agreement among the three parties (Hoai Nhon Tay Ward Police – Construction Joint Stock Company 47 – People’s Committee of Hamlet 4 An Trung), presentation of New Year gifts, exchanges and commemorative photo sessions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thanh Mai – Head of Administration Department of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 emphasized: “Participating in the twinning activities with the people of Hamlet 4 An Trung is both an honor and a responsibility of the enterprise throughout its operation and development in the locality. Since 2022, the Company has been involved in twinning activities, strengthening connections with the people of Hamlet 4 An Trung, An Vinh Commune (formerly An Trung Commune). By 2025, CC47 continued to be entrusted by the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee and the Provincial Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs to coordinate with Hoai Nhon Tay Ward Police in implementing the twinning program, thereby affirming the Company’s long-term companionship and practical contributions to the locality”.

Through the contents of the agreement, the parties agreed to strengthen coordination in communication and advocacy to encourage the people to comply with the Party’s guidelines, policies and the State’s laws; to promote the “All People Protect National Security” movement in association with socio-economic development; and to care for the material and spiritual life of ethnic minority communities, thereby contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc and maintaining security and social order in the area.

A prominent and highly humanitarian highlight of the program was the social welfare activities directly aimed at supporting local residents. On this occasion, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 and Hoai Nhon Tay Ward Police presented 01 gift package to the Hamlet People’s Committee and 103 gift packages to 103 households in Hamlet 4 An Trung.
Representing CC47, Ms. Pham Thanh Mai directly handed over the gifts to the Hamlet People’s Committee and local households. The gifts delivered to each household not only demonstrated practical care and sharing but also encouraged local people to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and confidently engage in production and livelihood activities.

In the atmosphere approaching the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, the twinning program among Hoai Nhon Tay Ward Police – Construction Joint Stock Company 47 – Hamlet 4 An Trung not only carried immediate social welfare significance but also served as a concrete testament to the spirit of mutual support and social responsibility of CC47 in association with the locality throughout the twinning process. The activity also contributed to spreading humanitarian values, strengthening public trust and enhancing the bond between the enterprise, the police force and the local community.
