On July 14, 2025, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (C47) held the inauguration ceremony of the Design and BIM Department at its Representative Office in Hanoi. This strategic step aims to enhance the company’s in-house design capacity, apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and strengthen technical autonomy in executing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Earlier, on June 19, 2025, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HOSE: C47) issued Resolution No. 64/2025/NQ-BOD approving the establishment of the Design and BIM Department. Mr. Nguyễn Chu Sáng, a civil engineer specialized in hydropower construction and river engineering, was appointed Head of the Department effective from July 1, 2025.
The inauguration ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Hải – Member of the Board of Directors and Standing Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tuấn – Head of the Administration and Organization Department; Mr. Nguyễn Đình Tâm – Deputy Head of the Technical Department; Mr. Nguyễn Chu Sáng – Head of the Design and BIM Department; along with staff members of the Hanoi Representative Office of Construction Joint Stock Company 47. The attendance of senior leaders demonstrated the Executive Board’s close attention and strategic direction in enhancing technical capabilities and responding to the growing demands of the modern construction market.

The event was especially honored to welcome Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Bình – Head of the Department of Construction Norm Research, Institute of Construction Economics, and Mr. He Zhi Hai, Leslie – Chief Representative of the Kunming Survey and Design Institute of China (a subsidiary of PowerChina – KHIDI) in Vietnam, who attended the ceremony and presented congratulatory flowers. Their presence reflected the recognition and support from governmental agencies and international partners for the company’s development.

The Design and BIM Department is responsible for design operations, managing and implementing BIM standards, and advising the General Director in optimizing corporate management efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This event marks not only an important milestone in the company’s organizational enhancement but also reflects C47’s sustainable development strategy — with technological innovation and internal capacity building as its foundation for the future. It is part of a series of meaningful activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (1975–2025), affirming the company’s strong transformation toward sustainable growth and global integration.
