In the gentle and refreshing atmosphere of March – a month dedicated to honoring women, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) organized a Gala gathering and beach teambuilding program celebrating International Women’s Day (March 8).
The program was held at Sao Mai Restaurant – Hai Au Hotel, with the participation of the Company’s Leadership, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, and numerous employees from the Office Division and Hai Au Hotel. More than just a celebration, the event also served as an opportunity for the CC47 family to reflect upon and appreciate the silent yet enduring contributions of female employees – those who have accompanied the Company throughout its more than 50 years of establishment and development.
During the formal gala program, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Construction Joint Stock Company 47, on behalf of the organizing committee, extended his best wishes to all female employees. He shared that women of CC47 are not only the ones who nurture warmth within their families but also dynamic and dedicated employees who make significant contributions to the Company’s overall development. He expressed his hope that all female staff members will continue to maintain their optimism, further develop their capabilities, and spread positive values within the united working environment of the CC47 family.

Regardless of their positions, women always shine in their own unique ways: “Gentle yet strong, resilient yet cherished.”

Following the warm atmosphere of the gala program, participants continued to immerse themselves in a series of vibrant teambuilding activities right on the beach of Hai Au Hotel – one of the most beautiful and lively coastal locations in the seaside city. With its wide sandy beach, open space, and refreshing sea breeze, the hotel’s beachfront became an ideal venue for lively teambuilding games that brought laughter and unforgettable moments. The small yet exciting challenges not only created a dynamic atmosphere but also strengthened connections among participants, providing renewed positive energy after dedicated periods of work.
