In the formal and joyful atmosphere of the early days of the New Year, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47) organized a New Year gathering program, officially launching a new development journey with a spirit of determination, unity, and a strong aspiration for breakthrough growth. This was not merely a traditional New Year meeting, but also a significant milestone marking the strategic momentum of all CC47 employees in a new development phase following the 50-year journey of establishment and growth.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Nam Phong – Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized that “2026 is the year in which CC47 sets the highest breakthrough targets across all fields.”

Building upon the solid achievements attained in 2025 – a breakthrough year marked by significant development milestones, CC47 entered 2026 with renewed enthusiasm, strong momentum, and a profound transformation not only in business strategy but also in corporate culture. Core values continue to be emphasized and widely disseminated throughout the Company, serving as the foundation for all actions and decisions. “Courage – Responsibility – Integrity – Innovation – Unity” are not merely slogans, but guiding principles for building a disciplined, professional, distinctive, and highly adaptive organization in the new development phase.
In the New Year message, the Company’s leadership also affirmed that “People are the central factor in every development strategy.” CC47 will continue to develop a working environment based on competence, efficiency, and a spirit of dedication, where each employee is empowered to maximize their expertise, duly recognized for their contributions, and able to grow together with the Company. This is not only a human resource orientation but also a long-term internal strength development strategy, contributing to enhanced organizational quality and sustainable competitive capability of CC47.

This was a call to action demonstrating the commitment of the Board of Management to accompany all employees in conquering new objectives.
Alongside the vibrant New Year spirit at the headquarters, the momentum of the “early-year launch” was strongly spread across key construction sites. Notably, projects such as Ke Go Reservoir and the Nam Neun 1 site commenced operations as early as the second day of the Lunar New Year.
At the New Year kickoff ceremony at the Nam Neun 1 construction site (Lao PDR), Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai – Member of the Board of Directors and Permanent Deputy General Director directly attended, extended New Year greetings, and encouraged all staff, engineers, and workers. He emphasized that 2026 is a pivotal year for the overall success of the project and, with a spirit of determination, unity, discipline, and responsibility, called upon the entire project team to join hands in successfully accomplishing the objectives of Nam Neun 1 in particular and of the Company as a whole.

The moment of the Lunar New Year 2026 opening toast became a meaningful highlight of the program.
