Construction Joint Stock Company 47 is a public listed company on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with Stock Code: C47. Over past fifty years of establishment and development, CC47 has become a leading unit in Vietnam specializing in construction of irrigation and hydropower projects. The Company has been honored with the Title of “Labor Hero in Renewal Period” and many other prestigious awards by the Government of Vietnam.
With extensive experience and construction capabilities, CC47 has successfully executed hundreds of projects across Vietnam, including the key national projects such as: Trung Son Hydropower Project, in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam, with capacity of 260MW, Da Nhim Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, in Lam Dong province, Vietnam, with capacity of 80MW, Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Project, in Kon Tum province, Vietnam, with capacity of 220MW. Currently, CC47 is under construction of Hoa Binh Hydropower Expansion Project, in Hoa Binh province, Vietnam, with capacity of 480MW. To expand the market presence and continuously enhance our position both domestically and internationally, we have demonstrated our capabilities by participating in large-scale projects in Laos, such as: Nam Phak Hydropower Project, in Champasack province, with total capacity of 128MW, Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project, in Xiengkhuoang province, with capacity of 124MW and total EPC contract cost nearly $185 million USD, CC47’s role is the leading consortium member. All projects undertaken by CC47 have met high-quality standards and on-time completion, earning high recognition from the Central Ministries, Investors, and Stakeholders both within Vietnam and oversea.
To leverage the strengths of both units in terms of expertise and experience and to pursue sustainable and long-term growth, CC47 and Lao Holding are committed to expanding the market presence and business operations in 2025 and beyond. This collaboration aims to establish a strong and enduring partnership in developing and implementing energy projects in Laos. Additionally, both parties will explore potential investment opportunities, formalizing this cooperation through Today’s MOU Signing Ceremony. This Event marks a significant milestone in our partnership, reinforcing shared commitments and responsibilities, ensuring transparency, and aligning efforts for mutual success in future.
