Two years after the commencement, Dong Mit Reservoir has completed over 75 percentage of the work volume. Up to now, the Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (the leader of Joint Venture) has built the right dam abutment to the EL.104,50 meters/105,00 meters and promptly constructed other work items ready for the water storage phase.
Since the beginning of the construction, the Company has completely set up the ancillary work system, headwork ground, construction routes, the main dam right abutment to the EL.104,5 meters, and the left abutment to the EL.79,40 meters.
In the near future, Construction Joint Stock Company 47 will continue to focus on manpower and equipment; start the roller compacted concrete (RCC) work for the rest of the right dam abutment, left dam abutment; execute conventional vibrated concrete (CVC) of corridor, spillway surface, pin piers, adjacent piers; block the water flow from the diversion intake; build the main dam, spillway dam to the design elevation; finish the casting and girder installation work regarding the construction bridge, service gangway; complete the construction of drain tower and operation house; complete constructing the offtake regulator, upstream operation house, downstream valve house; reinforce the outlet channel; construct the dam surface, handrails and other works in order to hand over the project in the 4th quarter of 2021.
