C47, Vu Phong Energy Group and STEAG will cooperate to provide consulting services for win projects development and implementation, bases on promoting and combining their own strengths.
Afternoon of 15 December, Construction Joint Stock Company 47, Vu Phong Energy Group Joint Stock Company and STEAG Energy Services GmbH (Germany) signed MoU to provide the consulting services for win power project development and implementation in Vietnam.
The Signing ceremony took place in the background that Vietnam is actively promoting the structural transformation of the energy industry and carry out the commitments on greenhouse gas emissions cutoff, aim the goal of net zero emissions by 2050.
Wind power market is at an early stage of development, with great growth potential and wind power is considered to be one of the important cores of Vietnam’s energy system in the future.
According to the signed agreement, C47, Vu Phong Energy Group and STEAG will cooperate to provide consulting services for win project development and implementation, on the basis of the promotion and combination of their own strengths.
Accordingly, STEAG brings in expertise of a world-leading unit in technical and consulting services for wind project development to the investors, with its strong international experience, especially in Europe and Asia. STEAG also owns a modern technology platform with smart digital solutions for wind power industry.
C47 has strong capacity in the construction sector, which implemented many large-scale irrigation and hydropower projects, national-key projects. C47 was also a main contractor for Bac Ai pumped-storage hydropower project with capacity of 1,200 MW – the first pumped-storage hydropower project in Vietnam and the largest one in Southeast Asia up to now
Vu Phong Energy Group has specialized and experienced, and well-known on Vietnam renewable energy market, which being trusted and appreciated by many investors in the role of EPC general contractor as well as provide Operation and Maintenance Services for renewable energy plants and researching and manufacturing equipment for serving the industry such as solar panel cleaning Robot. Vu Phong Energy Group gained many awards on the energy industry such as The Solar Future Awards 2021 and The Asian Power Awards 2021 – as the Oscars of power industry in Asia and is the only representative of Vietnam received this award.
Besides the goal of joint provision of consulting services for wind project development and implementation in Vietnam, supporting the clients throughout the project development process, C47 – Vu Phong – STEAG partnership also aims to partly invest the wind power projects in Vietnam.

Previously, in early 2021, Vu Phong and STEAG had signed an joint cooperation agreement to provide asset management services (Asset Management) to help optimize the production potential of wind power plants and maximize assets value and profits to the clients.
